My wife has cerebral palsy, which limits the function of the right side of her body, especially her right hand. Like many disabled gamers, she’s had to adapt standard controllers in creative ways just to be able to play at all. This has made such a difference for us and it is so amazing to see companies considering the needs of disabled gamers. Its simple to use and setup. You can use the Co-Pilot feature which lets you use the ordinary controller and then add accessible switches for other things you cant access.
